Tate is a licensed master social worker under the supervision of Johnna Matthews, LICSW. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Alabama and is currently pursuing her clinical social work license. Tate is married and a mother of two young daughters.
Having navigated her own experiences with postpartum anxiety, OCD, stillbirth, and pregnancy after loss, Tate is deeply passionate about providing grief and bereavement support to women facing these challenging seasons. She is also especially dedicated to helping new mothers transition into motherhood.
